SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
Since it’s our equipment, it’s only right that we take care of it if something goes wrong. And unlike other office equipment leasing companies, we don’t charge extra for a service and maintenance agreement. If there’s a problem, simply call us. If we’re unable to help resolve the issue over the phone, we will send a technician to take care of it, all at our expense!
When you purchase a copier from The Copier Domain, we include a 90-day warranty from date of purchase, which covers all non-consumable parts. We also service your equipment should any issues arise within the 90 day warranty period.
Additional parts and supplies are also available upon request. Remote technical assistance is available for all sales outside of the Phoenix - Metro area.
Our team of skilled hardware/software copier technicians are proficient in supporting a wide range of copier brands. Our Service Technicians provide a full range of maintenance, repair, and service procedures to on-site clients.
RELIABLE AND ACCOUNTABLE
Regular maintenance is included when you rent a copier from us, or decide you need ongoing monthly service on the purchase of a copier from us or a third party provider. Our senior technicians will perform basic cleaning, calibration and testing on site and we will always make sure you have a system that runs smoothly and efficient.
